The Rainshadow Effect of Washington State Economy

The Rainshadow has influenced Washington State because it gave us vegetation and a desert.
Another reason it influenced Washington is that the climate changes because of thew Rain shadow. The temperature rises and lowers. It also influenced us because it gave us a verity of weather. Another reason why it influenced us because it gave us a westward and leeward side. I got all this information from  a textbook Washington: a state of contrast. The other source I got the information from page 29 in the textbook.

Description of Washington state

Some facts about Washington state are that on the far left side of Washington is the Pacific Ocean. Also the Olympic Mountains get a lot of rain (21inches) per year. Above form that is the Puget Sound. Then to the right from that is the Cascade Mountains. In Washington we also have three regions which are Okanogan Highlands,
 Columbia Plateau, and the Blue Mountains.
